We have released Chronometer — a free Android app for referees and volunteers that turns a phone into a reliable timing terminal: one large button, millisecond-accurate time, fully offline operation, and automatic upload of results to the site as soon as connectivity is back.

It fits control points, the start and the finish at bike races and other cyclic sports; the data format is compatible with the desktop refereeing tools. The installer is on the releases page, and the source is open.
