UBT group road ride: Kuldzha highway - Turgen - Big Almaty Canal

Group road ride in a training / social-ride format. A long ride east out of Almaty, returning along the Big Almaty Canal.

• Start: 6:30, Halyk Arena (Kuldzha highway).
• Route: east along the Kuldzha highway to the village of Avat → out onto the Big Almaty Canal road → past «Toscana» → straight through the village of Turgen → Karakemer → back down onto the canal road → return to the city.
• Distance: roughly 130-150 km (estimated from the map).
• Format: group road ride.

Avat, Turgen and Karakemer are villages in the Enbekshikazakh district of Almaty Region; «Toscana» is a landmark on the road running along the canal.
